I was [not really] watching UK television when an ad caught my eye.  It turns out that (acknowledging an ever-increasing health problem amongst young people) an alliance of grocers, growers, seed and crop science companies pooled together to create a campaign that would make veggies “cool” again. It’s called “Eat them to defeat them” and has kids helping to save the world from an army of powerful and angry vegetables. I have some personal misgivings about veggies as the enemy, but, hey, if it gets kids excited about eating them (which it apparently has, for the past 5 years), I’m all for it!

Would you like to see a campaign like this in the U.S.?
